Here are two methods for you. The simplest method is to press Start and type Software Center to launch Software Center on Windows 10. Another method is that if you navigate to the Start menu, under the Microsoft System Center group, you can look for the Software Center.

The best way to get deployments to show up in software center is to use the configuration manager in the control panel. Run that and go to the actions tab, select machine policy retrieval and evaluation cycle. The deployment should show up quickly.
